Sir,
We had booked an EV on 3rd december 2023 vide BLANK order ref no with TATA MOTORS- Heritage Motors, Thane. TATS are so unprofessional. They gave a very big book which includes so many printed pages and info. They themselves have left so mnany columns blank like the order ref no and date in the signature columns. (As if they were all unwanted and the epople at the helm of affairs who designed the book are all idiots and fools!)
At the time of booking they said Red colour was not available. Next day they phoned to say it was available and demanded some additional payment. When this was taken up with them they said info given the previous day was erroneous and there was no need to make any additional payment.
We made the final payment on 7th instant and they cleared our cheques on 9th. As of today we have not received the vehicle. Besides that they have asked for additional documents like three years ITR first page and electicity bill.
They have been asking for these documents in piece meals and the Required Documents Checklist page – one full page listing about 40/50 things and 8/9 columns for finance, regn, ins, etc. etc. – they have ticked only 2 items ie. Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
I have never come across such unprofessional people. I thought TATAs are really professional!
They are really disappointing! At some point of time one lady said that we should have asked for a senior person. She had the audacity and immaturity. We did not tell her or TATAs, for that matter, how to do their business. But she had the audacity, inexperience and immaturity to tell us how to do our business. How in the Heavens are we to know that they deputed a good for nothing employee to attend to us. If they thought at the beginning that we were not serious customers at least they should have realised it as the dicussions progressed. This itself shows their unprofessionalism.
Again as of now we have not received the vehicle although our payment has been cleared more than ten days ago!
