I have purchased TATA Nexon (P) XZA+ LUXS car in Hyderabad in March 2023. Started facing issues with pickup and clutch before the first service. Reported the same at both first and second free services along with one more visit in between these services. No one listened to my issue and simply said pickup is okay. As it's my first vehicle I couldn't do anything than requesting all of them to look one more time and fix if something can be done. "We drive 40/50 vehicles in a day", "it's already good, even if you give for servicing, we won't do anything as its already good" these are some words from the advisers that I have received. I confirmed about the issue by driving other tata Nexon cars. Reported the same at third service assuming it's a small issue. Then all of a sudden, they admitted that the vehicle pickup and clutch are in very bad condition, and it has to be replaced which costs me 15k. I suspect that my car was delivered with a faulty clutch to me. And they are simply saying that since I already travelled for 15000km it will affect, but my point is my vehicle is in the same condition since the beginning and they didn't check the clutch condition when I went 3 times in a span of 6 months. I suspect that they intentionally didn't resolve me issue in the starting and they are opening up now. Was this information helpful? |
