I purchased Tata Nexon Dark Automatic from Saheb Automotive, Patiala, Punjab on 28 th Oct, 2021.
First, There were several confident commitments before booking the car like- 1. BH series number, 2. Proper finance support, 3. service, 4. free accessories, 5. several features of the car etc. But after booking, they changed. Finally when the car delivered it was not even tested properly. within 10days, the car needed to jumpstart and that arrangement also dome by us only.
However, now I have some more issue. I have not received the RC still now and it is more than 4 months past. I tried and trying to keep in touch with the showroom, but they either dont pick or respond in litlle work and ask 1-2more day. Even They are asking me for more money.
I got multiple warning from police for the same. In such cases the mental harassment, humiliation and fear who will pay for it. even if I get any legal issue due to this, who will be responsible?
I have sent mail to Tata Motors, filed complaint through complain number[protected], Dec 25, 2021), but no solution.
I am Feeling helpless now. feeling mentally low, even lost my self confidence also. I am so disturbed that I having getting complain from my boss in workplace too. who will pay for those losses already happened and the coming ones.
This is my last Hope. otherwise I dont know what I ll do.
