Tata Motors — Fault ev vehicle

This is regarding my EV vehicle pucrhchased in October 2023
Vehicle no DL9GD7657 DRIVEN 46000 KMS ONLY

The car was purchased afrom Tata Motots Auto Vikas Wazirpur outlet with 5 yeasr battery replacement

In due course of time after running teh car around 40000 kms we have noticed that the car is now discharging at very high pace. Each percentage we are able to drive around .5 kms only while erlier we were able to drive 2.5 kms only.

We have compalined athe same to Tara Autovikas Rama Road and sent the car on checkup and regular service.

But the response which we got from the team was not appropriate . They have serviced the car and taken full charges of that but however in case of battery they have adviced us for battery replacement with some old car.

We are not satisfied replacing our battery with some old car. We request you to kindly replace our battery with the new car as promised when purchasing the car or either replace the car with the new one.

According to the job card no JC-AvsPvt-PAA[protected] it says Port PNA replacement after 10 days.

We are expecting to resolve the issue earliest with the new battery.

Also we told them that the front one AC vent is not working. Again they are saying for 10 days waiting period.

We have bought new car with warrantee and we want new parts in our car replaced.
