Tata Motors — Followup to Cancellation and Refund of Pre-Booked Car

Following up with the complaint raised earlier, there have been Zero updates from Wasan Motors - Chembur and Tata Motors regrading the cancellation and refund process. I have been following up for the same by visiting the dealership as well as via phone calls/emails/consumer portal almost every day but everything has proven to be ineffective so far. To an already bad experience this has proven to be a cherry on top for the pile of poor customer care, lack of communication and zero ethics.
