I am a customer of Tata Motors and I bought my car TATA Harrier XZ, 2019 Model from the Shekhawati Enterprise/ Motors, Located in Udaipur (Dealer).
This email is to highlight the fraud that happened with me from the dealer, I Paid INR 25960/- as shown in the attached bank statement to Shekhawati Motors Udaipur for 5 years Extended Warranty, and I was told that it had been updated.
Before a few days, I visited another showroom ( SP Motors) for the service of my Car and I inquired about the Extended warranty I have, but they were unable to track it, and the fraud is highlighted and directly informed to Mr. Amardeep (In CC), Manager, Tata Motors, Jaipur.
I have made the electronic payment by swiping the card, and the receipt is with me, which is the proof of my payment.
I would appreciate it if you could organize to refund for the same as the extended warranty is not yet activated in your TATA EW system.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.
