Dear Tata Motors,
With our hard earned money We have purchased Tata Nexon XM diesel car on 31st dec 2019 with Registration No – DL3CCS0798. As per Automobile company policy they will provide a 2-year warranty window and same is given by Tata motors on their cars. Recently in November there was some issue with my coolant box as it has a minor leakage. I contacted Sagar motors to get it done under warranty. I was surprised to know that my car warranty is already been lapsed in August. They asked me to contact the dealer where sale is done. I contacted Treo /Go Auto Pvt Ltd, safdajung, Delhi. I am following them from last 20 days but they are not resolving the problem. Internally I got to know that to fulfil the sales target they punched sale in the system of my car with some other person name in August 2019 and sale is done to me on 31st Dec 2019. I have all the proofs which I shared with Go Auto Pvt Ltd as the sales Bill, welcome letter, Delivery Challan. but as per Sagar motors 2 years of warranty is finished as per system. There is some confusion in data entry. Request you to kindly intervene so that I can avail the services under warranty and also can buy AMC plan for next 3 years by paying for the same.
