Tata Motors — Fraudulent insurance for my tata indigo commercial car

Hi, I had purchased a tata indigo in september 2014 . I had taken loan and car insurance of the same from tata motors itself . for first year the insurance was done correctly but on renewal this year they did insurance for personal car rather than commercial car but charged the insurance of commercial car from me . recently i met with a small accident and claimed insurance from them this is when they told me that by mistake they have done insurance for personal car instead of commercial . it has been 10 days and no action from their end.
