I own a tata harrier from 2020 oct bought & regularly serviced from lakshmi tata chennai and i have been facing clutch issues right from 500 kms and have been facing unnecessary revs, clutch jam, 2nd gear issue etc through out these 2 years and now the service center is saying the clutch is burnt and cannot be covered under warranty and asking for an whopping 95K for replacing all the kit . even after repeated complaints on every service they said the clutch is good but suddenly now they are saying its burnt, either it is a manufacturing defect or service negligence
note: clutch failure happened within 100km from my last service on the same day[protected] if its not service centers fault then whose it is ??
i have also seen many forum posts stating the same issue and some posts claiming free replacement and some saying the problem is recurring also from there i am clear i am not the first victim, need a proper resolution asap.
