One of the worst service center I have ever come across in my life. Support I received from this showroom from all of the staffs are awful. Staffs doesn't care about the details you provide while purchasing the car. Be it your name, address, email address etc.,
1) My loan application which I got via HDFC netbanking offers section got rejected because the dealer didn't provide the required documents to bank to process the loan. Now I ended up buying the car with higher interest rate. From 7.2% to 7.7%.
2) During my purchase, my name was entered in the system with spelling mistake and till now I'm suffering because of that and also I couldn't purchase the extended warranty due to this issue.
3) Fast tag wasn't provided during the delivery of my vehicle and had to remind them on the date of delivery after which it got delivered after couple of days.
4) Though I asked for the extended during the initial quotation, sales person forgot to add it. Lethargically they are saying sorry and doesn't even care about customer requirement.
5) One of worst portals they are having for maintaining cx database and for each request it takes weeks or months to process it.
Tata might lose it position if they do not look into this and correct those mistakes at the earliest. Not well trained staff, product knowledge is 0. One of the staff in showroom literally raised their voice against me and told me to stop talking and not even ready to realise their mistake.
Each time they will be keeping on blaming one or the other and you might feel like why did we choose TATA in the first place and that too this showroom. Seriously with full frustration I took the delivery of my car on Jul 1st.
