From the day itself when I booked a new Tata altroz car, Shiju the executive from Edappal office is being giving me fake promises. Listing all the fake promises made till date.
1. My tata altroz car which I ordered on Sept 19, 2020 was promised to be ready for delivery within a month however even after one month of follow up I never got an ETA of delivery from Shiju. He kept on making fake promises. Finally, after getting so frustrated, I told him to refund my booking amount as another tata showroom dealer has an available car ready. Then only he made arrangements & promised the delivery within a week.
Issues after delivery - I got the car on Nov 11 2020 that too from Edappal office. I was supposed to get some litre of free petrol but when asked about the same, Shiju shamelessly replied it was consumed while bringing the vehicle from Angadipurram to Edappal.
2. I was supposed to get wheel cup.in FOC again as promised my Shiju but I never got it till date.
3. Finally, to compensate for the wheel cup during the third service of my car on Nov 4 2021, I asked the KVR service center at Angadipurram to minus that wheel cup amount from the service charge. After few calls between Shiju & CRO they agreed to compensate but during the payment they just deducted 600 from the total service cost where as the wheel cup amount would be around[protected]. I was not happy with it & contacted Shiju who had made the promise. Upon arguing with him, he said he would send me rest of the amount 700rs personally as service center is not allowing to compensate the whole amount due to some pending things between them. I knew he would never keep his promise but still I agreed. I followed up with him twice but he never responded back.
Lastly, I would suggest strict actions against him as he feels fooling customers is his brith right.
