I have bought Tata Tiago XT cng in june 2022 from Tata zedex ( Pythron mobility) Gurgaon. .at the time of booking the sales person committed the amount approx 7.44 lac along with free accesories but at the time of delivery they said salesman who booked your car has left the job and we missed the booking file so you will not get any discount or accesories and car will cost you 7.77 lac.. I was in need of car so I agreed on their terms and brought the car at their price without accessories. From june 2022 to till now I have serviced my car from authorised dealers only every time but within the time span of 9 months first problem arise in silver box of infotainment system which were replaced free of cost though then 4 times I have visited service centre for engine oil leakage they have not given any permanent solution yet ..my car run only 32000 km and 9 month old but yesterday suddenly fan belt were broken while driving. . I got serviced my car yesterday I.e 16 march 2023 from authorised dealer Tatavikas faridabad and paid approx 7000 and again got the same issue of engine oil leakage .. Requested to give permanent solution. .
Used to call Zedex service center for pick up and drop facility they used to say slots are not available
