My Name is sheriff and work in California, My family wanted to buy a Maruti I20 but I insisted them to buy a Tata Punch as I am aware of its quality.
Initially, they visited Lakshmi Motors in Chennai and selected model TATA Punch Accomplish AMT/ METEOR_BRONZ on 15 Feb22 in the name of A Zakira Banu SL No-3822
Sales Team gave a commitment that allotment will be done by end of March and will be delivered latest by April 1st week. Based on the commitment we paid the booking amount as well. But on 09 March we are receiving an email stating that will take around 14 to 18 weeks. Later on multiple email and phone communications happened on this issue.
But till now no action has been taken by Lakshmi Tata Sales team and this issue is known to the sales manager as well. Meanwhile, we have been told that someone paid the full amount and took the delivery of the car.
We have a high hope on Tata company and trust Tata Products. But this kind of wrong commitments making the customer frustrated. Is there a way to solve this issue.

We decided to go with a different brand and take out our initial amount. Its a really the worst experience just think when people like us ready to pay the full amount are handled so terribly what will be the situation of people who go for a loan. I think they will take the loan and even after paying full amount, they may not get delivery.
