Tata Motors — Malwa service centre delhi

I bought a brand new tata tigor xz+ dual tone cng from arya motors gurgoan, i told them about the breakage of center trim part and they told me that at 1st service raise this issue to service center and they will change the part.

At malwa service center on 1st service i told them about the same concern and they registered my complaint.

From 1st service its my 3rd service of the car and the period of 3 months they telling me to wait for 2-3 days on every call of mine they only say this thing that they are going to register the complaint ect

Malwa service center is just making me fool on this and they taking it very lightly.

I want to have a resolution on this.
