Tata Motors- selling cars with misleading advertisement
#consumerfraud by tata motors. Tata is advertising features not available in their cars,
even the first service provided is extremely late and a nightmare for the consumers.
The executives at the authorised showroom and service centre do not have complete
information about the vehicle.
I bought a #TataTiago from Midas Motors and all I have been facing are safety issues
with the vehicle. The salesperson while explaining the features explained about the
ATA feature as well, which after continuous emails to the company was replied
casually that this feature is not available in any model of Tiago and Tigor.
#fakeadvertisement As per the brochure uploaded on the website, TATA motors still
claims to have this security feature available in Tiago.
Further, the central locking system gets freeze while driving again posing a security
threat, the vehicle apart from this had several problems like unresponsive front panel,
AC temperature being stagnant, back sensors not installed etc. for which the company
has taken more than 7 months while trial testing while harassing me time and again.
Even after issuing legal notice and being called by COO of Tata / Midas accepting the
issue, Tata Motors does not wants to take any corrective measure.
Selling a car while showing features not actually available in car is clearly a fraud.
Further providing faulty vehicles having manufacturing defects and risking customers
lives seems to be normal for company.
I feel mentally harassed by the delays and frauds committed against me.
