i puneet dwivedi purchased tata nexon (xe) on[protected] from society motor kanpur gt road show room
i were told gold amc covered three year of warranty which cost me 29000/-and i purchased that
today on the day[protected] when i contacted for servicing i came to know that warranty of two year given by manufacturer expired
and you can not revoke
but today they told me that sir your warranty is expired
then i asked why i have been not informed then they checked the contact details which is being fed by the agency from where i purchased the vehicle is mobile no [protected] and e mail id [protected]@gmail.com is also not valid one, it can be cross checked by the company in the form which i have filled and provided information. misleading information and error of commission being done by person who entered my data in system
question arises here i didn't received any info regarding the mashup which is being created due to information furnished while i purchase the vehicle and the actual fact
i contacted crm kanpur today no [protected](given in printed book) the ball was completely thrown by him in the court of tata motor shahjahanpur .he completely made himself apart .
now sir you just see my condition what a person can do i am paying here for the mistakes which i have not done
i here by request you for redressal of my grievances that extension of warranty may please be done in the facts of above mentioned line on high priority
