I am writing this e-mail with high reputation on TATA ( A proud Indian company) and I will also get my customer satisfaction back.
I have booked TATA BOLT RT XT 90 PS on 10-Oct-15 at Concorde motors Chennai. As the car was available in the Yard, dealer committed to deliver the car as early as possible within a week itself, but later they told me that the car is not readily available and it has to be ordered.
The negotiated price also revised, I agreed the revised price and made the full payment on 12-Oct-15.I was expecting to check my car around 22-Oct-15, but dealer called and said that due to car manufacturing delay and transportation strike, i will know the car availability by 23-Oct-15.
Yesterday (28-Oct-15) only I came to know about my car details and surprised to decode the chassis number, it is January 2015 manufactured car. ( chassis number: MAT608051FPA07708 )
After a lot of pain and mental stress I am getting a car of nearly one year old.
We indians earn each and every rupee in a hard way and we sentimentally attached to our car. I am not able to digest this in one year old car as a new one. Mentally thinking that will it make any problem and what assurance do we have this car is not used as a demo car.
My car RTO registration also planned on tomorrow (30-Oct-15), i have also gone to dealership directly and raised my dissatisfaction. I have asked them to replace the car with a recent manufacturing for which the CRM and sales managers are not agreeing.
If that is the case, i have also asked for a concession/accessories on goodwill and customer satisfaction basis, that is also not considered.
Can you please look into this and help me with some benefit. Appreciate your response and help.
