I Debendra Nath Biswal am an owner of TATA TIGOR XZ+, Regd No: OD 09 K 5497, date of purchase 25.10.2019. I covered all servicing on due date in respective authorized centers. Now I am facing some problem in ABS system as well as my Speedometer. During my last servicing I have cited my problem. I have visited ASL Motors, Jamshedpur, they refused to solve my problem due to non-availability of Spares. They didn’t even responded me for the arrival date for the spares. Then I visited Gugnani Motors, Cuttack. There also they refused to solve my problem citing spares issues .All these service centers are making me fool by saying to extend my warranty period rather than solving me existing problem. Why should I extend my warranty if such is your after sales service ? I am not only tired but also physically and mentally harassed . Was this information helpful? |
