Tata Motors — Negligence in repair of vehicle from Wasan -Kandiwali West and Devgiri Motors-Jogeshwari West

Dear Sir, Vehicle No -MH-04 -GD-3482 Owner - Payable Tours and Travels Contact person - Rakesh Ghadi Contact Number - [protected] This is to bring to your notice the pathetic customer service received from TATA Motors. I went to TATA Wasan to service my vehicle, were I requested them to set vehicle RPM along with servicing. When I gave the vehicle they did not inform me about vehicle problem. Once the servicing was done, they asked me to go to Devgiri motors as they have registered the RPM and fuel pump problem in Worli Lucas service center. I accepted what they advised and paid 10, 000/- for service charges. (31st Oct to 3rd Nov). Same day I went to Devgiri Motores and discussed the above matters with them. All they did is some manual settings on the car and gave me the car. The very next day, the vehicle started giving me the same problem (RPM) and hence I decided to visit Lucas worli for the RPM and Fuel pump problem. They checked and informed me, there is no problem with RPM and Fuel pump. They said its air problem and hence asked me to go back to Devgiri. I went back to Devgiri on 5th November and they kept my vehicle for 2 days. I got my car back on evening of 7th November. Same day I went to work (pick up drop (transportation work)) and after the first pick up, I realized the same problem in the car and the car stopped on the road. I called Devgiri and they took back the car on 7th Nov night. They called me on Monday evening and they said the car is not yet ready and will take a day more. I considered whatever they had to say. On 10th Nov they delivered the car to my place and I found that the problem is not yet fixed. Till date no one is there who can solved this problem. Nither Devgiri’s Engineers nor Wasan’s Engineers. Who will help me to fix this problem? Where should I go? Devgiri or Wasan? I am helpless?? I don't have money to spend on this..! I am a simple middle class person living on rent. I need someone who can fix this problems. My vehicle is idle from last 15 days, which is my source of income and I cannot even celebrate my festival as well due to this. I want my mony back from Wasan Motors and 15 days Income income amount which was affected while delay in servicing. (per days 2000 Rs.)
