This is regarding my car buy back.
TATA team got my vehicle on last Thursday for buy back process of my car for amount Rs:1, 70, 000/-
And committed that amount will be transferred to my bank account. It has been 6 days no update on my payment status.
TATA representative called me so many times continuously for getting my car and after getting my car they simply don't care. And giving blame excuses like network issue, software issue. Looking totally suspicious that they are cheating the customers.
Now I am on huge fear that I have booked new car in TAFE Access showroom and I am sure that after delivery of new car, for any issue it is going to be tug of war with TATA TAFE Motors.
One simple question, will TATA deliver new car and get the money from customer after one week ?????????????
The TRUST index has been shattered. I have been following up with TATA for my money and still yet to get.
Don't give customers a false commitment and false trust statement.
Be honest with customers. Now the trust with TATA is not even in positive side. From top mangement to lower order (I don't wish to mention the name of the persons), everybody in the showroom is lying with customers which is totally disgraceful.
I am cancelling my old car buy back process. Return my car as such in same condition. And I will never refer this showroom to anyone.
