I purchased Nexon XZ+S petrol from Samarth Motors Gwalior on[protected] and within 15 days rear side or tyre burst (as straight line burst). I was reversing my car from parking and then it happened, looked for any sharp particle but no particle were found because my car was parked in home parking. I complaint same day to the showroom manager, he mentioned it will be exchange, after some days i went to showroom and then Bridgestone executive came and took picture and after 2 days he said your claim has been rejected, now you need to pay for another tyre. Why should I pay for another tyre my car has run around 2.5k till now and at around 2k kilometres tyre burst and also that's not my fault, it's clearly a manufacturing default, for reference you can also check Mr. Atendra complaint on jan 2019, his tyre was from different company and car was nexon xz+, exactly same type of burst happened to my tyre, I repeat exactly same, how could this possible like exactly same cut happened to the different tyre. I'm attaching photo also, Please look into this. This is the worst experience I received from Tata motors and now I'm calling to showroom manager he is saying We can't do anything this is service centre work, like wow within 15 days tyre got burst and now you are saying I can't do anything, You have to pay for another tyre. The worst after sales service from Tata motors I received. Shame on the showroom owner, If not able to provide after sales customer service with loyalty then why are you running this showroom.
