I booked a Tata Nexon on 17th Dec 2021. I was told that though there is no discount on the vehicle the showroom will try to arrange some additional accessories and also get me good insurance quote. However, since then it’s almost impossible to reach showroom. Sales executive says that he can’t help on that. Sales manager has left the showroom and the new person always tell me that he will come back and then he will start ignoring calls. I even told to showroom manager but with proper support. For now I have decided to cancel my vehicle so but still wanted to report this.
