Please read all the point below carefully and you will know the issue:
- Booked Tata Tiago from Adishakti Motors Pvt. Ltd. (herein will be referred to as dealership) on 4th Feb, 2022; provided the booking amount of Rs 11, 000 and in the commitment form the ETA mentioned was 4-6 weeks.
- Sales Personnel(SP) confirmed that vehicle will be delivered on the 1st week of March and accordingly I arranged the loan.
- 1st week came and went but there was no information from them
- The next deadline was March 10th where nothing happened
- The next one was March 15th and to no avail
- Then 20th and 25th March was provided as deadline as the dates approached wherein the deadline of 6 weeks was already over on March 18th
- Finally, the dealership shared the mails that they sent to Tata Motors TSM (Sales and Distributor of Bengaluru, Karnataka) and he had replied on their queries, "Billing within 31st March"
- On 31st March there were no updates.
- On the 1st April, the GM of dealership contacted me informing that they essentially had not heard back from the TSM
- I called the TSM using the number that they provided and he said he would look into it on Monday. Production was less, semiconductor issues and raw material supply shortage.
My question is, why are you giving unrealistic deadlines then? My loan was sanctioned and I have to start paying the EMI from this month. So basically, I have no car and no surity of any car being delivered but I am losing my time and money. I am being harrased mentally by the bank and the TATA motors due to their dishonesty in this regard where they are so non-challant. Kindly provide me repreive from this. I want the car as soon as possible.
I have mentally broken down after repeated follow-ups off my own accord and I need a solution.
