Tata Motors. — No Proper Response 24*7 Customer Service

Good Evening My car is TATA MANZA AP31BH6767 We are in Travelling today with family and suddenly our car got some problem, So we called up to the 24*7 Customer Service as we applied for the membership too so we called up for the customer service. We got the problem when we are at the TAGARAPUVALSA ( VISAKHAPATNAM) 5pm and waited till 8:30 pm but none of them as been came to provide the service.. we want some explanation regarding this and its really a bad service provided when we are in emergency .
