Tata Motors — Non-Covering the Warranty of My Car ( TATA NEXON XMS )

Problem of the Car : Catalytic Converter (Silence Pipe) got damaged

I have Purchased TATA NEXON XMS Model Car on dated 28/04/2021 from Dealer M/s. Gramps Autotec Pvt. Ltd, Balasore, Odisha but On 20/06/2021 the Catalytic Converter (Silence Pipe) got damaged and the Car becomes started very badly sound like unexpected sound. Suddenly I have taken to Service Center of M/s. Gramps Autotec Pvt. Ltd and They told its under Warranty and we will replace the Parts and it will take 7 days. But within the time my Job shifted suddenly to Bangalore and Relocated to Bangalore without getting repair the vehicle. And I have Entered the Vehicle to M/s. Prerana Motors Service Center, Kudlu Gate Unit Bangalore on 12th Aug 2021 and the Service Manager told it will solve under the Insurance Claim and sent to Liberty Insurance for claim but the Insurance Company has denied to claim and said there is no visible Damaged Marks are available. And The Service Center also return the vehicle without solve the case. And I requested to Service Center to claim under Company warranty as the Car old is only just 3 Months from Purchase. but they Finally Denied .

Again I have entered my Car to Same M/s. Prerana Motors Service Center, Kudlu Gate Unit Bangalore for my 2nd Service and again i am requesting to Service center to solve the same issue. but they are denying now to cover under Warranty.

I am Requesting to Top Management to review the matters and replace the damaged Catalytic Converter (Silence Pipe) and Solve it Immediately without any further delay.
