Tata Motors — Non refund of booking amount

I had booked a tata altroz XT dark edition on June 26 2022. I had cancelled the booking the next day as I am leaving the country. I was charged very high (21000) for the Booking. I had informed the showroom manager and sales representative but their response is ok sir. The dealer is gugnani Autocars Mancheswar industrial estate Bhubaneswar Odisha. The receipt number is 27880.
