Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a car Tata Indica-Vista diesel unit on 23rd November, 2012 from Jabalpur Motor, Indore and just completed 4 free services from Sanghi Brothers Agar road Ujjain. I have few things to share. I
am not satisfied with the service and behaviour of service provider. I
got last service on 15th Oct-2014. They did not wash as pump was not
working, did not clear with air cleaner as pipe was broaken.
When checked yesterday the left rear door was not opening due to
failure of internal lever . All these lead to lost impression on free
service of any reputed service station or any company. Sometimes even
leads to doubt that they have changed the oil (which is costly) or not,
filter has cleaned or changed or not. In my first experience of service I
lost 3 original floor mats. I requested for print showing the kilometers of each service, I have not received.I do not know what to do. Pl. advise. Thanks and regards, Dibyendu Mondal Was this information helpful? |
