Tata Motors — Not refunding the booked amount even after cancellation

Myself Dr Pradeep G Kammar from Dharwad [protected]
I've booked tata Nexon petrol on 25th May 22 in shree motors Chitradurga Karnataka and later cancelled it as they couldn't keep their promise in delivering the vehicle on time and cancelled it on 29th June ... It's been more than 20days still the dealer is not paying backy booking amount of 11, 000 ..

When questioned the dealer the executive replies that they will deduct 6000 as penalty and wil pay me 5000 only
