Tata Motors — Only Within seven-7 days of service My vehicle JK03F7413 is showing OIL sign and does not take accelerator as much

I have done the device of JK03F7413 on 20.06.2022 at APEX MOTORS BARAMULLA J&K, But today only within 7 seven day's of service, Maly car is showing some red oil sign and goes off after driving few KMs and does not take accelerator as much it should have and goes off. What kind of service does APEX MOTORS BARAMULLA has done then which clearly shows that service has been shown in papers only and nothing result oriented has been done in the vehicle physically thereby resulting not only in wasting of my precious time but also reduced trust level of TATA MOTORS considerably. Immediate action must be taken to resolve my issue with compensation to be recovered from APEX MOTORS BARAMULLA which has completely failed to perform as per their responsibility.

Vehicle is stranded at NARBAL SRINAGAR J&K and I had to compulsorily use another means of private transport for reaching my office.
However I hope that TATA MOTORS will not keep any stone unturned to resolve my issue on priority.
