I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at M/s.PPS motors Chrompet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu post an unfortunate accident that my car was involved in. I have taken delivery of car from service centre on 07/10/2023.
The rear bumper of my [ TN07CX5413–Tiago XZA Plus] was damaged during the accident. When I approached the aforementioned service center for repairs, the back bumper was replaced; however, I was informed that they could not fix the reverse parking sensors. I wish to stress that my car, being the Tiago XZA Plus model, came equipped with reverse parking sensors as part of its standard features when I purchased it. Moreover, my vehicle is still covered under the extended warranty.
It is disconcerting and unacceptable for an authorized Tata Motors service center to suggest that I get the reverse parking sensors fixed at an external shop. This not only raises concerns about the quality of service provided but also makes me question the value of the extended warranty if it doesn’t cover essential features of the vehicle.
I kindly request:
1. A thorough investigation into this matter at M/S. PPS motors Chrompet, chennai, Tamilnadu
2. Immediate rectification of the issue with my vehicle's reverse parking sensors, preferably under the extended warranty terms.
3. Assurance of improved service quality and adherence to warranty terms in the future.
As a loyal Tata Motors customer, I trust the company to uphold its reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. I hope to see a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
