Tata Motors — Parts not available

Tata-Indigo-LX Model. We have seach the Key Lock Board in more than 10 days. still we have not received the Parts. Our Service Center (Tafe reach limited-Chennai) People told we have sent a mail to Tata Motors. Still they are not send a Parts.
Please take a note this is on Urgent Requirement this Vechicle is Used for Commercial Purpose. TN-11-L6636. 2015 Model.
