Tata Motors — Patiala tata motor harassing continuously

I purchased tata nexon amt dark edition from Tata Motor Patiala on 28/10/2021.

There are long list from starting, but now, it is about 2 months passed and the showroom have not provided rc, and now they are asking for more money.
Earlier they promised bharat series number for multiple times, after purchasing denyed.
Now here they stopped rc processing and asking more money.
