Hi Tata Motors grievance cell,
I am Sourabh Chourasia, booked Tata Nexon XMA Grey color on 31 Oct 2021. I was told while booking that I will receive the car in 4-8 weeks (written in the signed booking form).
It’s 6th months running now and there is no news on the delivery date of the vehicle.
Mr. Gaurav (Tata Motors) and Lalit Parmar (treo tata: Go Motors-Tata Motor dealer), are not updating the exact status and keep on stating the next month or this month with no specific professional approach to the customer on providing a specific Date of delivery. They don’t even pick up the calls.
It’s 6 months now and there is no news on delivery of the vehicle.
Pls do guide that is Tata motor sales do care for customers or it’s like this. Thr has been no input from anybody on the date when delivery will happen.
I am feeling helpless and think that it was my mistake in linking myself with Tata Motors. I am finally raising this in as Grievance protocol and have emailed the state I am in with TATA motors.
Please guide me if you get time on a wayforward.
If you also don't have an answer, then guide me to take back my booking. I will never see Tata motors in my entire life and will surely ensure my friend circle too not see the same.
Really disappointed! I feel i am been cheated and car booked for me has been handed over to someone else for more booking amount.
