Dulichand motors workshop, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal
I took my car Tata Hexa Xt manual(registration number WB06P5101)for paid servicing at Dulichand motors workshop which is an authorised Tata motors workshop in Kolkata. They charged me a hefty bill close to ₹15, 725.00. Few jobs mentioned in the invoice were not discussed with me beforehand but were included in the final payment invoice. Many people have advised me not to visit this workshop as they cheat customers but as a loyal Tata customer I visited them. Moreover many oil filters and engine related items were changed but the old/removed items were not given to me nor shown to me. Worst of all is that the vehicle was not even washed or cleaned at time of delivery. It was dark when I received my car. I checked the underneath of the car after coming back home and found dirt and mud all over the underbody of the car. In short, this service center only cheats people and is hugely damaging the reputation of Tata motors. Maybe Tata motors is launching good vehicles but people are still reluctant to buy them because of poor after sales service. The service representative Mr.Sumit who handled my car should be doing his job properly. Once he has taken responsibility of any car for service, he should ensure that all jobs are actually done and the car is delivered to the customer in spic and span condition. Customers should leave the service center happy and satisfied. Not that they are dejected and disappointed with the service done. Moreover I did not find any change in the car after the service. Hence I conclude my complaint with 2 words for the experience at Dulichand motors workshop “worst experience “ and I would give a negative rating for them.
