[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Poor workmanship shown by Tata Service Centre

1. That the undersigned send his Safari Dicor UP-25 AF 0691 for little noise & not wearing front window glass/brake pad on 14.11.2013. For noise, the service centre send my injectors for checking outside vender, after checking, he told me that repairing required in my Injectors. I denied for repairing & said to filled as it is. I have paid service bill Rs. 15, 000 including checking charges of 1500. After delivery of vehicle, I came along only one Kilometer, my vehicle was stopped & not started again. That Next day, on 20th November, 2013, I met Mr Mishra Supervisor of Shyamji Motors but he badly failed to explain the matters and he was not in a position to deliver the vehicle. I have complaint Tata Motors, their TS but they pressurised to me & under pressing situation, I have given approval to change the injectors for which I pay Rs. 42000/- . On 4.12.2013 when I talked with Mr.Anurag of Shyamji Motors, he told me that abnormal noise is still there and some another part needs to be changed & it will take time one week more. After changing ring & some other work done in the engine side like repairing of head, the vehicle delivered to me only on 04.01.2014 with noise. The supervisor of Shyamji Motors told me that after some time, this noise slowly-slowly will gone away. This alone fact clearly spelt out that my injectors had been damaged by Shyamji Motors by way of faulty working. It was the case of negligent working. After changing the injectors, some other repairs in engine as stated by work supervisor, the noise was still there, so I have again approached Shyamji Motors where Mr. Nitesh checked the vehicle & told me that the root cause of noise was not from Injectors. After 23 days, he delivered to vehicle with some little noise with the same answer that noise slowly-slowly will gone off. Just after one month, when I send my vehicle for checking, in the campus of Shyamji Motors, the work done by Netesh Ji has been failed as piston was broken. Again after 15 days, delivered vehicle to me on 23.07.2014. But within the month, on 19.08.2014, again piston was broken in the Cantt Area of Bareilly & came noising as much like as earlier piston has been broken, I have informed Mr. Netesh, & on his advice, again vehicle started & after running some distance, the smoke/oil will come from vehicle so at once ignition has been off by the my driver. Mr. Netesh was there at the site. On 20th Aug. 2014, the vehicle after toing, reached in workshop of Shyamji Motors and Mr.Netesh told me that Head of Engine, Piston etc. broken & you need to replace it amounting Rs. 1, 50, 000. That it is obvious from the above facts, from the date of 14.11.2013 to till date, all of work has been done by Shyamji Motors like changing the injectors, piston, ring but the vehicle could not run properly only because of the work had been done in my vehicle as experimental basis. The parts were not appropriate and working parameters was very low resulting damage caused to vehicle. All damages to my vehicle committed by Syamji Motors, the authorised service centre of the Tata Motors & it is against the professionalism & ethics of business & agency is responsible solely for all. 6. That you are informed that In the light of the above facts, returned my vehicle in the running condition after a fit certificate given by Tata Service Engineer within seven days else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act-1986. This will at your cost & I will seek compensation for mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.
