unfortunately, i am not happy with the TATA sales services or the commitment. I have booked the car punch adventure on Dec 03- 2021 and still did not receive the delivery.it's been almost 4 months from booking.. The Bangalore sales representatives messaged initially, that the delivery of vehicle will be with in 4bto 5 weeks from date of booking ..though the said time was long to wait, we agreed..But now after enquiry they are telling it will take another 2 more months to get delivery of the same.
I am buying the car for the first time, the funds are arranged through Loan and Emi of the same has Commenced FROM JAN 2022.. this is really frustrating... Being an Indian it's our pride and duty to with indian brands..but the said situation, indirectly promoting us to go for other brands.. The same is happening with my colleagues who booked on same date and with same show room. Along with the waiting period there is price hike in purchase value of the vehicle (as informed by showroom representatives) .Further, to the query it was said that only top ends are available with a delivery period of 8 weeks. I am not able to understand, why mid variants are promoted, when it is not available with requirements...
I am really inconvenienced with the vague answers of the showroom people regard to delivery and Purchase value of the car...Can you please expedite or confirmation of the car delivery asap. Otherwise myself and my colleagues will for cancellation of orders.. Was this information helpful? |
