I am writing to inquire about a registered consignment (RC) my RC dispatched On May 28 2022, which has not yet been delivered to My address .
According to the online tracking system, the consignment was dispatched from 28 May 2022. However, the tracking information has not been updated since then, and the recipient has not yet received the package.
I am concerned about the delay in delivery and would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and update me on the status of the consignment. I would also like to know the estimated delivery date.
I have attached a copy of the RC dispatch receipt for your reference.
