Dear Sir, Further to my Complaint#[protected], I would like to bring to your notice that this is fifth time in last six-seven months, I have to visit TATA Motors Service centre for one or the other problems, Hence, reliability looks poor to me now. The following problems occured:-
(a) AC Malfunctioning, giving warm fumes and smoke inside - JP Motors Solan (H.P.)
(b) Front panel repaired and left unconnected - JP Motors Solan (H.P.)
(c) Front Panel shifter wire change - JP Motors Solan (H.P.)
(d) Car Software - Getting to default Economy mode only - True North Motors, Delhi
(e) Car Software - Getting to default Economy mode only - At Roorkee now.
Further, on a highway in between the Fuel tank lid got stuck and had to manually hit & trial to open the same for refueling. Well, this malfunctioning of my TATA Harrier XM Jun 2019 model is aggravating each time. It looks as if Tata Motors is forcing me to go for their AMC package only and there is no reliability expected. Further, things get compounded as each time I have paid and for last two visits No Bill has been given to me on pretext of faulty printers or so and never got email details as well. Highly disappointed with Tata Motors after sales services and fault coming again and again in harrier. Looking forward to hearing from you and some help and support
