Tata Motors — Refund of advance request

Dear sir,

This is Madheshwaran.R from Bangalore.

I have enquired the Tata tiago vehicle in Truesai Works Ellakiayampatti Dharmapuri branch Tamilnadu.Sales person Tamilarasan([protected])and Team head Mr. Prakash([protected]) had committed me as vehicle is in stock, they will give delivery within 7 to 10 days.So, I have booked Tata tiago with token advance of Rs, 11, 000 on 27.05.2022 in Truesai Works Dharmapuri branch, Tamilnadu.

After booking they told me vehicle is not available delivery time will be 75days. Because of their commitment only I given the advance.But now 75days is too delay for me.So, I request them to cancel the booking and return my advance.Again they given the false commitment as please give us two days time we will give the Vehicle.But after a week also Vehicle not delivered. Finally they accept and asked me to send request letter, we will return the advance within two days. I sent that letter on 13.06.2022.In this mean time, I had taken TATA TIGOR XM in Key Motor Sunkadakatte branch Bangalore within a week. But still my advance not returned to me.They had not picking my Phone also.

I Request you kindly, please intimate them to return my advance.
