I have recently purchased tata altroz xz+ variant. I was given only single smart key with it.
Duplicate smart key and wearable key is not given.
I tried calling your customer care[protected] multiple times, but no luck.They keep transferring it to complaint department and no one picks up call from your complaint department.
After spending this much money, it is really frustrating to chase you people.
I request you to check and resolve the issue at the earliest. Please share the complaint number over this email.
Also, I was informed by the dealership that there is some key shortage issue from tata motors.
