Do you Tata motors I have purchased Tata Nexon on eighth of April 20 22 and windshield of my Car has cracked On 11th of 11th April 2022 Without any mistake from my side then I get replaced by filing my insurance as instructed by the service centre of Tata motors That this damage is not covered in warranty so I get repaired by filing my insurance Again the windshield of my car get cracked second time Unfortunately this time is also not my fault but the Tata motors service Centre answer me that it is damaged by getting hurt from something or while Movement of the car all the windows are closed but at the same time we are travelling with to Tata Nexon then how only my car get damage I have given a complain about my sunroof it is also not placed properly and also some gap in between the windshield and the roof but Tata motors does not take any action On my complain I would like to request Tata motors to kindly resolve my problem as we are working in a medical sector you don’t have enough time to spend on such kind of things we Work for nation To protect or provide health emergency facility to the needy one kindly resolve my issue in get my car back in a good condition
