I had given my vehicle mh05ca1447 on 25th january 2020 for teflon coating and antirust
However during the routine cheque service engineer sudarshan motors konegaon kalyan found some leakage in amt related part there was oil leakage.
He asked me change part as vehicle is in warranty and if we don't change now vehicle will have problem. So i agreed to change the part. An oral commitment was made to deliver me vehicle next week. However to my surprise when i called they said will take a day for liquid calibration. I waited upto monday of next to next week. Again i enquired for my vehicle now they were saying that the part is not matching the software and we need to another amt kit for it to work..
My vehicle was in running doing absolutely fine.. Now they have changed parts and gears are not shifting properly.. I interacted with them and they suggested a new amt kit.. So they ordered new amt kit. So now from 5th feb till now they have ordered the part and they are yet to recieve it..
I don't understand why so much time for parts and if it's so why are they committing that vehicle will be fine in next week
Now it has taken almost 3 week just for part to come and then they will fix it and do trial run. They tried to fix another new amt part however now that is also not working. God know what is going to happen. To my knowledge or thinking a wrong part was installed or faulty part was installed that y vehicle had problem.
