May I request your intervention here? I had booked Tata Nexon with Bafna motors, Pune and they could not deliver my vehicle for around three and half months and I had received multiple messages from Tata Motors, as per the message from Tata Motors I was supposed to get 1 year extended warranty and RSA.
One day I received a call from Ankit saying Bafna motors has got some financial issues and they won't be able to deliver my vehicle and he requested me to book a vehicle with Rudra motors. As per Ankit's request, I booked my vehicle with Rudra and they delivered my vehicle on 10th December 2020.
Before canceling my booking with Bafna I had a word with Ankit (Territory Sales Manager) and requested his confirmation regarding RSA and warranty and he assured me that I will get it and he will get approval for the same.
Now, Ankit is saying approval is not received after years time. Frankly speaking, I did not expect this kind of gesture from Tata motors and I am very disappointed with this service from the brand many Indians trusts.
