Tata Motors — Steering Issue

I am facing a lies issue from service center
My car met with an accident.
After 1.5 months they ( multitech motor faridabad ) told me u r steering column is not working
I have extended warranty but they said not applicable but insurance company says they lied they intentionally damage the steering column.
Now tell me what's my fault
shame on me that I have tata car
U r srevice center is worst and liars
Looters.. it's not my duty to convience insurance company if they not convience thn change column in extended warranty but they want money
And I know I am wasting my time
