Delay in servicing of vehicle and general lack of concern. my vehicle had an engine problem and i to to tata africa holding nairobi for service. it took two week to diagnose the problem and after approval it took a total of three weeks to repair the vehicle by doing an engine overhaul. the vehicle was out for two days and failed again. i towed it back and it took two days to diagnose an injector problem which i suspect was the problem at first and the overhaul was not necessary. i chose to service the injector myself at an pointed dealer within 4 hours and returned the injector pump. the tata team went on holiday on thursday 7th july and promised to completed the re-installation on monday 11th in the mean time i have down time. this is totally inconsiderate and lazy.
For this reason it has become hard for me to maintain and use a tata vehicle and a will not buy a tata vehicle again as well as not recommend to anyone.
