During First service on 10.06.2021, I raised Steering noise issue, But not cleared and vehicle given as it is .Again I raised same issue in second service on 26.08.2021.
Issue was cleared by changing link rod .
Again one more issue reported for Lift gate not opened after second service .Issue attended three times but not cleared after third service on 28.02.2022.
This issue was cleared on 29.06.2022 after several time follow up .
After this last service, Noise in Dash board area is reported now.
So I called Service person, He simply said, It is actuator issue .Pl. bring the vehicle on 19.07.2022.
Till now I brought my vehicle to service center more than 5times apart from scheduled service .Even they dont have Pick up /Drop service. I am wasting my time in service center.
Even I am as occasional car user (Only 3869kms as on today), I facing this much issue repeatedly .
I am not in good opinion as Tata customer now.
Till now no response from customer care .Sent mail on 17th July 2022.
Required immediate Attention & Focus.
