Clutch on my tata harrier 2021 model failed in 6900km (26/12/2021).Reported the same to TATA service at Malayalam Vehicles Vazhakkala.
After lots of follow up and request TATA agreed to replace the clutch under warranty .On (1/01/2022) after clutch replacement again within 4 km from the service station smoke came from the engine and the same was reported to the Malayalam Vehicles Service Cochin.
TATA service head ( KV.[protected]@tatamotors.com ) claims that the first and second occurance of clutch failure is due to usage issue .
If the first issue was due to usage the second issue reported within 4 km from the service station after replacement.
How can a replaced Clutch cause wear and tear in 4 KM .
How can the TATA service team head (Jithin) relate second occurence to driving behavior when has not seen the person driving the car by himself .The second clutch issue reported within 4 km from the service station and strongly believe the Jithin overlooked the issue and jumped to a conclusion which is dissatisfying from customer point of view .
My effort to escalate this issue at TATA motors higher management was suppressed / denied by the TATA service head and Team.
I need justice, hence I request the concerned authority to take action .
