Dear Concern,
I have been facing massive quality issues withTata Harrier since the time I took it.
My car currently is in a Breakdown state and is at Dev Motors, Bibwewadi, Pune.
My car has run only 40k Kms in the last 3 yrs and is absolutely well maintained and always serviced only at authorised dealerships.
Currently my car is with the above authorised SC since last 10 days without any resolution as they say that the Fuel pump has gone awry and also the injectors need to be replaced. Without any accident or any damage and with so much less KMs driven, how can this happen? The cost of it is not small. Before that i faced the motor pump issue of the steering. The infotainment system is a complete failure as it is an universal fact, the glass of the right door does operate properly. All these issues I have been highlighting are in your records.
I am completely flabbergasted and annoyed that I bought a premiere car and for the last 3 yrs it has been like harassment.
The dealership is struggling and not able to give concrete solution than to just replace the entire thing which will cost around 1.5L. I am not going to bear this cost as i cant afford and also its none of my mistake. Its a pure quality issue of parts which are used low quality and they are showing up now.
