I purchased new Tata Nexon xza+lux model on 28/5/2023(yesterday) from Jaipur. Recently I’m living in Udaipur so today I travelled by new car from Jaipur to Udaipur and by reaching Udaipur the worst dream I can thought of that my own new car axel broke down. I payed the full amount yesterday and today my new car reached to workshop. I was very exited about this purchase with Tata motors and today Tata motors have given me a mental breakdown and lacs of my money suspiciously in vain that did I go for the right company? And what they claim for strong and safety, is this what they can provide best to their customers ?
I’m totally upset by this purchase on my first day and will not recommend Tata Motors products to anyone.
Now what Tata motors can do for me, i’m waiting for their answer!!
