I took delivery of my new TATA Nexon Brand on 24th Feb 2023 from Lakshmi Motors, Thoraipakkam, but the same came with a fault in gear shift and upon raising the same to your dealership immediately. They asked me to give it to service and after I gave to service on 3rd March, they identified it as a manufacturing defect and said the whole gear system has to be replaced. This information was given to me after multiple calls to your service center and with no update from them I was forced to escalate to the VP and he had to intervene for the same. How did TATA Motors allow this defective vehicle to be allowed for sale? Please replace the vehicle, its a mental harassment now for me
